Welcome to Wrinkl Co. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wrinklco.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us
Wrinkl Co. is a New Zealand-based business. Our formulas and silk pieces are manufactured overseas to our specifications.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this Site.

3. Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in NZD or AUD depending on your selected market, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we can't guarantee your device will display them precisely as shown.

4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you'll receive a full refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

7. Product Use and Safety
Our products are intended for external use only. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. We recommend a patch test before first use. Keep all products out of reach of children. Wrinkl Co. is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from misuse, failure to patch test, or known allergies not disclosed prior to use.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site - including text, images, logos, and the "wrinkl co." name and wrinkle mark - is the property of Wrinkl Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrinkl Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, beyond the remedies available to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.
