Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Flat-rate shipping applies to orders under $100 NZD, calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Orders over $100 NZD ship free.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Wrinkl Co. is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once an order has left our warehouse, but we're happy to help track down a delayed parcel - contact us at sloane@wrinklco.com with your order number.
