Does my order qualify for free shipping?
Yes - any order over $100 NZD ships free. Add one accessory to your Beauty Sleep Gel and you'll clear the threshold, or shop The Complete Ritual, which includes free shipping as standard.
How long does shipping take?
NZ orders arrive within 1–2 business days. Flat-rate shipping applies below the free shipping threshold, calculated at checkout based on your location.
What's your return policy?
You have 14 days from arrival to return unopened, unused items for a refund to your original payment method. Faulty or damaged items are covered regardless of packaging condition. See our full Refund Policy for details.
About the Ritual
Do I need to buy all three products, or can I just get the gel?
The Beauty Sleep Gel works beautifully on its own. The Silk Scrunchie and Sleep Mask are designed to complete the ritual, not required to make the gel work - buy what suits your routine.

How is this different from a silicone wrinkle patch?
Same core molecule - silicone - but instead of a shaped patch that sits on part of your face and needs peeling off, this is a thin gel layer you apply to your whole face and neck. It dries within a minute and moves with your skin, so there's nothing to lift, no adhesive marks, and no line where a patch would end.
How much do I use, and how long does one bottle last?
A small amount is enough to cover face and neck - this isn't spot-applied like a patch. Used nightly, one 50 mL bottle lasts 8–12 weeks.
Is it suitable for all skin types?
Yes, it's formulated for all skin types. As with any new skincare product, we recommend a patch test before first full use. For external use only - discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
Does it feel sticky or greasy?
No - it dries clear within a minute, with no tack and no residue. It won't transfer onto your pillowcase or sheets, so you can go straight to bed after applying.
Silk Scrunchie
What makes this different from a regular hair tie?
No elastic, ever. Regular ties grip and pull at your hair, especially overnight - this one holds with soft tension from the silk itself, so there's no crease pressed into your hair and nothing catching or snagging as you sleep.
What's it made from?
22 momme mulberry silk, generously sized at 5cm so it actually holds a full bun or ponytail through the night, not just for a few hours.
Will it hold my hair all night?
Yes - sized and weighted specifically to stay put through a full night's sleep, not just a quick throw-up during the day.
How do I care for it?
Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent, or use a silk-specific wash. Lay flat to dry, away from direct heat or sunlight.
Is it suitable for all hair types?
Yes - the silk's smooth surface is gentle regardless of hair texture or thickness, though very fine or thin hair may want the tie looped an extra time for a secure hold.
Silk Sleep Mask
What makes this different from other silk sleep masks?
No elastic anywhere near your skin. Instead, an adjustable silk-covered velcro strap holds it exactly in place all night - no strap marks pressed into your temples, no slipping off by 3am.
Is it contoured or flat?
It's a flat mask with a gently shaped nose-bridge cutout, designed so you can breathe easily and actually fall asleep in it - not a molded, structured fit.
What's it made from?

The Scrunchie and Sleep Mask both come in Champagne as standard, and the Gel is one size (50 mL). If you're after something different, shop the individual products instead.

No problem - the individual pieces are also available on their own if you just need to top up or replace one item.
